The Microsoft team has confirmed this is a bug on their platform and is actively working on a fix.

Status Change:
We are marking this incident as Monitoring since the resolution timeline depends on Microsoft's development cycle. We have no control over when the fix will be deployed, but we will notify you immediately once Microsoft resolves the issue.

Workarounds Available:

While we await Microsoft's fix, you can continue using Qalyptus through these methods:

Option 1: PowerPoint Desktop (Recommended)
Use PowerPoint Desktop to access all Qalyptus features without any interruption.

Option 2: OneDrive Workaround

Download your PowerPoint template file from Qalyptus Cloud
Upload it to Microsoft OneDrive
Edit the file directly from OneDrive (this bypasses the issue)

Note: If your organization doesn't use Microsoft 365, you can create a free personal Microsoft 365 account to access OneDrive.

We are aware of an ongoing issue preventing the Qalyptus Add-in from loading in Microsoft PowerPoint for the web.

Root Cause: This is a global Microsoft platform issue currently impacting all Office Add-in partners across PowerPoint for the web.

Impact:

✅ PowerPoint Desktop: Fully operational
✅ Excel for the web: Fully operational
✅ Word for the web: Fully operational

Our Response:
We have escalated this issue to Microsoft's support team with a priority ticket and are actively monitoring for updates.

Recommended Action:
Please use PowerPoint Desktop to access all Qalyptus features without interruption.

We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available from Microsoft.
