  We are aware of an issue where Office Add-ins (including Qalyptus) are not working following a recent Microsoft 365 update affecting Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Root Cause:** This is a global Microsoft platform issue impacting all Office Add-ins across all vendors, not just Qalyptus.

**Affected Applications:**

  We are aware of an ongoing issue preventing the Qalyptus Add-in from loading in Microsoft PowerPoint for the web.

**Root Cause:** This is a global Microsoft platform issue currently impacting all Office Add-in partners across PowerPoint for the web.

**Impact:**

3. Edit the file directly from OneDrive (this bypasses the issue)
