The Microsoft team has confirmed this is a bug on their platform and is actively working on a fix.

Status Change:
We are marking this incident as Monitoring since the resolution timeline depends on Microsoft's development cycle. We have no control over when the fix will be deployed, but we will notify you immediately once Microsoft resolves the issue.

Workarounds Available:

While we await Microsoft's fix, you can continue using Qalyptus through these methods:

Option 1: PowerPoint Desktop (Recommended)
Use PowerPoint Desktop to access all Qalyptus features without any interruption.

Option 2: OneDrive Workaround

1. Download your PowerPoint template file from Qalyptus Cloud

2. Upload it to Microsoft OneDrive

3. Edit the file directly from OneDrive (this bypasses the issue)

Note: If your organization doesn't use Microsoft 365, you can create a free personal Microsoft 365 account to access OneDrive.
